What are your delivery options?

We offer several delivery options, including our full-service Platinum Delivery which includes assembly and removal of packaging, as well as convenient curbside pickup at most of our locations.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our 'Track My Order' page and enter your order number and postal code for real-time updates.

What is your return policy on furniture?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, furniture can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

Do you offer financing plans?

Yes, Leon's provides various flexible financing options, including 'Buy Now, Pay Later' plans and monthly installment programs through our financial partners, subject to credit approval.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer extended protection plans for furniture, appliances, and electronics to give you extra peace of mind.

Can I change or cancel my order?
