Ensure all items are in their original, showroom condition; upholstered furniture and mattresses must be free of stains, odors, or pet hair to qualify for a return.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the merchandise from your home for a nominal restocking fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once the items are inspected and received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
